When learning a language the needs of children have priority. The children are allocated to different learning groups according to their age, their developmental level and their prior knowledge. The children can be divided into age groups of

  • 3 - 6 years
  • 6 - 9 years
  • 9 - 12 years.

The youngest group of learners comprises pre-school learners who for the most part cannot yet read or write. Language acquisition is therefore primarily achieved by pictures, songs and games.

The 6-9 year-olds experience their first contact to the written language. Step by step they learn to write individual words and next to form simple sentences.

The oldest group consists of older children  who thanks to their school-learning can already read and write. Depending on the level of knowledge acquired simple grammar concepts can already be clearly taught and vocabulary practise can become more intensified.

All three age groups have their own materials at their disposal that are similarly oriented to the above mentioned  groups.  Thanks to the differentiated allocation of groups and the didactic concepts of our playinstructors the course contents can be either simplified or extended. A variety of methods assure a varied presentation of  playlessons. Concrete learning experience, interaction, songs and multisensory learning  support  the playful manner of getting to know the new language.
